The Funky Food Drive is a community-powered effort to keep food local, reduce waste, and make sure every neighbor has what they need.

Built out of Funky Solutions HQ at 88 Dix Ave in Glens Falls, this project connects people who have food to share with people who need it. Directly, simply, and with dignity.

How It Works

We collect unexpired, non-perishable food and distribute it through local free food spots and community shelves.
We also work with farms, grocery stores, and organizations to turn surplus into meals—not landfill.

You can:

Bring food to our drop-off point at 88 Dix Ave
Host or sponsor a free food fridge or shelf
Volunteer to help sort, restock, or transport supplies
Request food for your family or community

Drop-Off Info

We Accept

Canned goods, dry goods, hygiene items, baby supplies, and pantry staples.

Businesses can donate shelves, boxes, or fridges to help us expand storage.

We provide a receipt for every donation.

We also accept cash donations to buy food directly from local stores and farms.
